If you are having trouble logging into your account, there may be a few reasons why. Below are the most common reasons and how to troubleshoot them.
Paper Hearts Planner Co. has two places where you may hold an account – Our Shop & Our Download Hubs.
This page is the login page for our download hubs where you can only download planners.
If you are trying to download your purchase such as digital stickers or printables that you bought from our shop, you will need to log in here to access those.
When you purchase a planner from Paper Hearts Planner Co. through one of our different sales channels, you are immediately given a link to create your account and emailed that link.
If you have not created your account yet, you will need to first create an account. Check your email for instructions on how to create your account that links to the planner you purchased. The email will be from [email protected]com.
If you haven’t received the email, first check your spam box. It is possible our email ended up there. If you still cannot find it, email us at [email protected]
